Many people assume that Scottsdale Shadows is an age-restricted 55+ retirement community, but it actually is NOT age-restricted, so residents of any age, including children, are allowed to live in the community. Even though Scottsdale Shadows is NOT age-restricted, it's still a "senior favorite."
