Great high-desert elevation property with incredible views to the north overlooking the Bonito Valley. It's been hot and dry but the recent rains have been a very welcome reprieve. We hope they bring us some green grass and fewer fire restrictions. The nearby community well is only a couple minutes away so one option is to haul water until you get your own well. Don't be fooled by the good prices in the area, the land is tough to live on, and because this is high mountain desert the winters can be bone chilling cold, the summers can be smoking hot, the spring can be extremely windy, and the fall is usually amazing. Through it all we get more sunny days a year than almost anywhere you can find so soak it up. Living off grid can be amazing... are you tough enough to make it happen?
